Fast, safe and easy, as 1st pet you can use any with Exposed Wounds, as of Silithid Hatchling me I have B/B breed only, dunno how it works with other, also probably any other pet with Swarm might be used, just be sure it has proper health to be swapped in.

I know what OP means, the fight does end quickly with this strat. Just beware that the script will go off track if you substitute a non-moth for the 3rd slot and a backline pet gets gripped to the front until you swap in a moth again.

Swarm->(is swapped out)->Moth Dust against Shattered Defenses->Alpha Strike against Shattered Defenses. Done. And if you used Effervescent Glowfly agsinst Tommy first, it should still have its racial, and a Swarm left in him. :)
