Math open for correction behind the failure chance:

[(41/176) x .05]

I calculated the fixed constants to be:
41 the total number hit points under the max range (of a critical hit Diseased Bite) Hogs has.
176 is the range of a crit value of Diseased Bite.
Anyone interested understands the rest of the numbers.
