This works fine but I would add a word of precaution. Don't Explode the Minfernal until Slasher's mechanical failsafe is activated. In my case, I saved the Explode until Pounder came in and did some major damage. It's a judgement call but makes the battle very easy if successful. (edited)

The pacing of the fight is very variable. In my case, the Minfernal hit <300 health about the same time as Pounder. Exploded, Pounder died, used Failsafe, then he also Exploded, which simply hit my dead-but-still-standing Minfernal.

Didn't need the third pet at all.... Barely needed the second.... My Abyssius trounced two of the pets completely and almost killed the third! I probably got lucky with RNG on stuns from the Volcano, but excellent strat! :)

Can also confirm that HH Minfernal works fine. I didnt have to use last pet. I imagine any magic pet with any elemental type attack works.
