Little bit of RNG to this, after dying with the above team, I used an SS Fox with crouch and the same health, and that only just worked, going first probably saved it, maybe try throwing in a dazzling dance while crouch is up, instead of a pass, more speed may dodge a hit, idk lol all the pets almost died or died at the same time as rocko.

Remember Can Only Do Each PB WQ Once Per Pets Quest
Cant do Bloodgazer vs Rocko again on another toon, (found out the hard way) though can do one of the other Pets on another toon, so 1/3 per Pet Quest. (yay!)

It did take a few tries, meaning changing abilities and pet rotation before entering fight, but having done this particular strategy a few times on a few toons, I'd say it works. It just takes a little time.
