On the Isle of Dorn you'll probably come across a stranded magic Lionfish Lionel which is marked as a treasure. When you come close, he'll ask you for help to get back into the water and eventually ask for a meal to refresh and be able to swim larger distances. You have to interact with some Plump Snapcrabs on the small island you're on to collect 5x Plump Snapcrab and offer them to Lionel. To thank you, he'll leave a Magical Treasure Chest with the Sapphire Crab Sapphire Crab in it.
