Here's everything going on for you and your pets for this week in WoW!



1. Weekly Event Hiatus



Warning! Weekly events are currently suspended due to The War Within expansion release. The next Pet Battle Bonus Week will be the week of October 8th.



2. Squirt in the EU Garrison on 3 September & KR/TW on 4 September





Squirt the Wandering Trainer will be in the EU Garrison on 3 September & KR/TW on 4 September. Our strategies for this leveling event can be found here.


3. World of Warcraft x Discord Quest Collaboration for Parrlok





Currently, this promotion does nnot appear available to Mac users.

Offer Details: Streaming 15 minutes of World of Warcraft and receive a Parrlok Pet!

Check out Parrlok's pet page for details on how you can get this little guy!



4. Support a Streamer for Watcher of the Huntress!





World of Warcraft is partnering with Twitch to host Support a Streamer during the launch of World of Warcraft: The War Within! Twitch viewers will be rewarded for gifting subscriptions to participating streamers.

Starting August 26 at 3:00 p.m. PDT until September 26 at 10:00 a.m. PDT, support your favorite eligible streamers, and you can receive the Watcher of the Huntress pet to join you in your adventures in the depths of Azeroth.

1. Log in to your Twitch account (if necessary, first create a Twitch account for free at Twitch.tv).
2. Visit any Twitch channel streaming World of Warcraft.
3. While the channel is live streaming World of Warcraft, purchase a cumulative of two (2) subscriptions of any tier to earn the reward.

Please note that the campaign will begin on August 26, 2024, at 3:00 p.m. (PDT). Any subscriptions purchased before the above start time will NOT be counted towards the campaign. Any subscriptions purchased while the channel is not live streaming World of Warcraft with the category set to “World of Warcraft” also will NOT be counting towards the campaign.



5. Trolli Candy x WoW Promo for Gummi!





World of Warcraft has collabed with Trolli gummy worms for in-game content, and for pet collectors that will mean Gummi!

This pet appears to be an NA-only promotion, but it's unclear whether the codes can be used in other regions. There are a few people on standby to test out the code, so keep your fingers crossed and find yourself an NA friend just in case!

The promotional candy is already available in-stores, just make sure you save your receipt from your purchase for September 1st!



6. SteelSeries x WoW Collection for Lil' Flameo





For a cool $159.99 USD, the Aerox 9 mouse comes with Lil' Flameo as an in-game reward. All the gaming peripherals that are part of the SteelSeries x WoW collection will launch on 9/24, as per the SteelSeries Twitter page.



7. Upgrade TWW to Rare Edition to Reunite Squally's Siblings!





Players who upgrade to the Epic Editon of The War Within can summon Squally from their Collection and tackle the "Gryphons of a Feather" quest. Track down Squally's three siblings, Flash, Gale, and Thundo, within the Dragon Isles to add them to your bevy of battle pets.



8. August & September Trading Post





For the August Trading Post we have one new pet: the very cautious Worgli the Apprehensive for 300 Trader's Tender!


And coming in September we have the clawfully honest Claudius for 330 Trader's Tender



9. Seasonal Pet: Qiraji Guardling





Summer in the Northern Hemisphere also marks when the seasonal pet, Qiraji Guardling, becomes available. This pet can be found in Silithus, near The Scarab Wall and The Scarab Dais in the southwest.

Don't forget: you need this pet to complete the Kalimdor Safari achievement.

It will be available this year until 22 September



10. Darkmoon Faire Begins Sunday!

Also, don't forget to pick up your WHEE! buff to get a 10% experience & reputation bonus!


11. Claws for Concern for Blueloo!





This WQ will be up from Thursday reset until Sunday reset


While the Claws for Concern World Quest is up, you will be able to work on the Friends in Feathers achievement for the pet Blueloo! Normally, you can only rescue 6 Moonkin Hatchlings at a time, so you can either do the WQ across three characters, or you can also join a raid group and rescue all 18 Moonkin Hatchlings in one go on one character!


Remember! You won't see the WQ on your map unless you are IN the zone.



12. Maw Assaults





Maw Assault - Kyrian:
Sly (A Sly Fox Progress),
Sinfall Screecher (Treasure IS up),
& Copperback Etherwyrm (Assault Cache) until mid-week reset

At mid-week reset this transitions to Maw Assault - Necrolord:
Lil' Abom (Crafted Treasure)
& Fodder (Assault Cache)


13. Uldum N'Zoth Assault





13.1 Pyre of the Amalgamated One



The Uldum - N'Zoth Assault: Pyre of the Amalgamated One Bonus Objective will spawn the Amalgamation of Flesh Rare, which has a chance to drop the Wicked Lurker

The Bonus Objective itself is not a guaranteed spawn during the assault. If you'd like to know if it's spawning for the day, Remte posts Daily Reports in the Xu-Fu's, Warcraft Pets, & Secret Finder's Discord.

13.2 Vision of the Twisting Sands



While the N'Zoth Assault is up in Uldum, you can access the Vision of Twisting Sands for the Void-Scarred Beetle pet! The entrance can be found just to the east of Ramkahen, and you will need to have completed Descending Into Madness to gain access to this area.



14. Horrific Vision of Stormwind





This week's Horrific Vision is Stormwind, and these are the pets you can see from drops and chests!

15. Vol'dun Assaults
