Used a PP Iron Starlette, Mechanical Pandaren Dragonling, Ikky. The Starlette died before getting a toxic smoke off, but I just followed the rest of the strat as mentioned. Probably just had bad luck with crits.

If you use decoy also then the pandaren dragonling can finish the fight which leaves room for a levelling pet

Tossing out a Decoy when MPD comes in allows you to finish the last pet without needing Ikky.

Decay -> Thunderbolt -> Breath until Frogduck dies.

I tried this and it worked, HOWEVER I managed to finish off the 2nd pet with a single Breath thanks to a lucky crit; probably wouldn't have worked if that hadn't happened. Still, it does make the fight faster, so still a good idea IMO!
