I don't have Lil'Bling leveled yet, so instead I used Sunreaver (1,1,2) and Darkmoon Zepplin (1,2,2). I led with Sunreaver's Supercharge, followed by Laser until Supercharge is off CD, then Supercharge and Laser until Sunreaver died. Then I put in Darkmoon Zepplin and cast Explode. If your Sunreaver died early and Baneglow has more health than Explode will take care of, it is entirely possible to add Decoy-> 2x Missile before casting Explode as well. My third pet (a Darkmoon Tonk for backup) didn't see the fight at all as Explode finished Baneglow off, so this could be used as a carry strategy as well (though the XP is not great).
By turns, this should be:
1: Supercharge
2: Laser
3: Laser
4: Laser
5: Supercharge
6+: Laser until Sunreaver dies
Bring in Darkmoon Zepplin
7: Explode

Used Darkmoon Zep 2/2/2 instead of Sunreaver.
1. Decoy
2. Flyby 5x (until short of death)
3. Explode

Flyby is a nice damage addition to Bling which compensates for the lack of a strong anti-flyer attack.

I didn't have a Sunreaver, but I did have a Pocket Rocket. I use Arcane Shot until the Pocket Rocket was dead. Then used the Runeforged Servitor for the Call Lightning swapped to Lil Bling for Make it Rain.

2 pet strategy with the same pets Sunreaver Micro Sentry and Lil'Bling. And it does not rely on the 50% hit chance of Gift Package.

Start with Sunreaver
- Fel Immolate
- Call Lightning
Swap to Bling:
- Make it Rain
- Inflation till Bling dies
Swap back to Sunreaver:
- Fel Immolate
