Switched out the first pet for a Void-Scarred Anubisath.Soulrush-> Creeping Insanity -> Spiritfire Bolt until dead. The rest of the fight goes as normal. Imo it increases your chances to win. You still need to get two stampede rounds off, but you can't lose despite getting two stampedes anymore. (edited)

Only one time in 6 tries did Deathscreech only make 628 dmg in his first attack on Hogs, but then he gave 1106 in the next, so Hogs still didn't make the second Stampede. All other tries the attacks on were at least 1000.
You have to be a special kind of lucky for Hogs to make 2 rounds with Stampede.
