High XP
At least one of the pets for this strategy require the use of a specific breed.
Not every strategy can be bullet proof. This is one of them. You might have to restart it, since there are some random elements that increase the risk of your pets failing. Don't blame them, please!
This strategy is using pets obtainable from the Wow Trading Card Game (TCG) or the auction house for potentially high sums of gold.
This strategy is using pets obtainable only from the WoW In-Game Shop for Battle.net Balance or real money.
You can use this strategy to carry a low level pet to give it experience.
Some instructions are more difficult to follow than others. That's exactly what you might find in this strategy!
Script
The strategy offers a Script that can be used with the Pet Battle Script addon. You can copy the script by clicking on the button to the left of the pets.
At least one pet in the strategy cannot be obtained anymore. If you have it, congrats!

I switched the first jolt and lightning shield around (so shield first then jolt) and that worked as written.

Leutz wrote on 2020-05-29 10:41:13

I swear this is incredibly unreliable, I tried 10 times and followed the strat to the precise - first of all the Razortooth dies before Sir Murk - so you always need to use 1 extra attack from the geode to finish him off (which results in the geode having less HP). I don't know if it's due to the breeds (but as it states in the tactic - breeds are irrelevant, at least according to whoever did this).

Crimson Geode will die to Coach, it did every single time (due to the fact that it always takes an additional hit from Sir Murk, making it impossible to use the elementium bolt on the final pet before the geode dies). Without the elementium bolt, the carrot loses horribly to the final dragonkin pet. Most of my attempts I didn't get hit by a single critical hit - sometimes even I had a critical hit and still lost. Terrible strategy.

Sometimes even my Geode died to Coach before finishing Coach off (if Coach gets that extra hit from his 2-3 hit ability) - making this strat even more unreliable.

Edit: To make this a little bit more positive, I swapped the Geode to a Thundertail Flapper (with 2-2-1 abilities) and ended up crushing the fight with a lot more ease. Simply use Thunder bolt to finish Sir Murk off and proceed to put up lightning shield and then use lightning bolts to get coach down - carrot can handle the rest. (edited)

Crimson Geode skills should be 1-2-2 instead of listed 2-2-2. Aside from that confusion the strategy worked well, thank you :)

Had zero issues with the following comp.
Electrified Razortooth (B/B) 2-1-2
Jademist Dancer (P/S) 2-2-1
Terrible Turnip (P/S) 1-1-1

Fight went like this:
Paralyzing shock
Jolt
Lightning shield
Razortooth died
Jademister dancer uses jade claw to kill Murkeston
Coach comes in
Acid rain
Rain Dance
Claw until coach dies
Gratest foe comes in, killed dancer.
Terrible turnip uses leech seed
Weakening blow until Greatest foe HP <154
Sunlight

Used Crimson Geode in place of Elementium Geode, took 3 tries but it does work

Malfurhion wrote on 2017-01-21 09:36:38

Just wanted to add my 2 cents.
Did this fight eaily with:
1: Electrified Razortooth 2,1,2
2: Ominous Flame 2,2,2
3: Droplet of Y'Shaarj 1,2,1

Paralizyng Shock, Jold and LS. Your pet wwill die, but Sir Muskeston will have a little HP. Bring out Ominous Flame. Scorched Earth. Sir Muskeston dies.

Spirit Bolt till you pet dies.
Coach should die.

Bring out Droplet of Y'Shaarj when OF dies, and cast Dreadful Breath.

Win.

Fatality.

Anonymous wrote on 2017-08-15 14:57:36

I replaced the Droplet with Tiny Snowman (1,2,2). Following your tactic, the Tiny snowman comes in to finish with blizzard, freeze, snowballx2

like a charm.

skarpethinn wrote on 2017-10-14 23:59:28

Second time was the charm for me; the earlier comments about enemy crits completely changing the outcome of the fight is 100% correct - in my 1st attempt at this, the murloc crit his first attack, & took about 90% of my Razortooth's life. That changed to whole fight after that!! No crits on the 2nd attempt, tho, so the fight went much like the strat suggests, & i finished with my Carrot at about 80%

Lemara wrote on 2017-01-29 20:57:03

So none of the suggested strats were working for me after many bandages lol so i went to my list and started from scratch. Used Lil' Ragnaros (212) , Lava Crab(112) and Pandaren Air Spirit (112). I basicallly spammed Magma Wave, using Sons of the Flame on Lil' Rag to avoid Coaches Lift off, and then using Shell Shield on the Crab to minimize damgage, The PAS has no trouble finishing up Coach and Foe using Whirlwind and Arcane Storm on CD and Slicing wind in between. this one work on my first try after failing multiple attempts of all the other strats lol think my razor tooth is just he wrong breed lol but as always love this site xo

Anonymous wrote on 2017-08-15 14:52:11

Could not work your strat out... you need to explain better.

Anonymous wrote on 2017-07-18 18:12:56

Substituted Autumnal Sproutling using Club for Crazy Carrot's Jab as Carrot wasn't leveled yet.

Jademist Dancer 2/2/2 (mine was P/S) Living Sandling (mine was P/B) 1/2/2 Tiny Snowman 1/1/2

Geyser, Rain Dance, Pass, Jade Claw till ur pet dies

Quicksand on CD > Punch till ur pet dies

Call Blizzard > Deep Freeze > Snowball

Thought i will try to break the "skull" rating, so i found soem interresting pets for it :)
Snowman finished fight on full health.
Works everytime for me :D

Great strategy, it even survived with some enemy crits!

Nyanmara wrote on 2016-12-13 02:10:27

So my Dancer was H/S breed and I don´t know if I always made the best decisions while fighting.. but still... it worked perfectly! My Snowman came in, killed 2nd pet with blizzard, stunned that murloc and just needed 2 more hits to fnish him off. Very nice :D

Ronin wrote on 2017-01-21 12:32:32

Worked perfectly, thanks!

Anonymous wrote on 2017-07-06 04:56:22

worked from the first try like a charm. this should be another "official" strat. how to contact xu fu website? :P
anyway i did the strategy like evil described (apart that i finished the second pet off with snowball, so i had all my big hitters of my tiny snowman up for the last pet). very good if you dont have an electrified razortooth :)

Zoumz wrote on 2017-06-25 16:06:45

Had better result by making geode use elementium bolt on cd and not using amplify magic.

Cadred wrote on 2017-06-02 18:45:26

Third try was the charm. Was worried cause I spent 90 pet charms to level the carrot and geode. :) but happy for the win. Thanks

Smoggy wrote on 2017-01-21 06:02:45

I followed above strategy but instead of Carrot I used Tiny Snowman 1/1/2 and did Blizzard, Deep Freeze, Snowball, Snowball to finish off last pet

Jen wrote on 2016-12-09 18:42:48

Finally got him following the strat but substituting Terrible Turnip in (1,1,2) at end. Razortooth only kills 1st pet approx 1 out of every 6 tries, however the Geode can kill him with a feedback without taking damage. He managed to kill Coach and get an elementium bolt into Greatest Foe. This is where the RNG started. Dont bother doing Sons of the Root to avoid his buff at start as he's faster. Used Leech Seed and then Weakening Blow to get him down to 1hp then Sons of the Root.

Aladdinsane wrote on 2017-03-12 17:44:46

Zaymaa wrote on 2016-12-10 08:50:08

I'm on my fifth try...and first pet is still dying before the Jolt move as described above. Did finally get him down....barely...with Carrot about to die. A must to use Elementium and not Crimson Geode. They have the same move set, but different HP, even with the same breeds.

Anonymous wrote on 2016-12-13 19:42:06

The Turn 4 Jolt never happened for me, but the Feedback from the Geode did the same job. Was close but the strat worked.

Anonymous wrote on 2016-11-24 22:36:45

Elementium Geode 1,2,2 with 1546 health, Feedback x2, amplify magic, feedback until Coach dies. Use elementium bolt on Murkeston. Use Crazy Carrot's jab. Murkeston will switch back in when elementium bolt hits. Keep using jab until Carrot dies. At some point Greatest Foe will switch back in. Carrot should be able to kill him before dying. Use Molten Corgi 1,1,1. Use Puppies of the Flame and Bark until Murkeston is dead.

Nuvi wrote on 2016-12-08 23:34:46

I didn't have a crazy carrot to 25, but used your Elementium Geode and Molten Corgi strat with a terrible Turnip in place of Cray Car, and it worked really well. It deserves an alternative! :)

Jagûar

wrote on 2016-12-08 16:52:22

Strat worked perfectly first try.
My Electrified Razortooth is B/B, Elementium Geode is H/S and Crazy Carrot is P/S. All Rare lvl 25

Bix wrote on 2016-12-08 13:45:31

My B/B Razortooth systematically dies after round 3, unable to land the last Jolt, and Murkeston survives with about 50HP (no crit involved anywhere), healed to 116 afterwards.
Ok we can finish him with Geode (got a H/H one) but he manages to land a triple-128 damage on it .. Then against Coach, after the two amplified Feedbacks, Coach remains with 96HP left, which allows him to land a last Thrash. It doesn't matter if this Thrash hits twice or thrice, because Greatest Foe kills my Geode anyway in first round. . So Carrot comes in and vs Greatest Foe it's a Breath RNG vs Jab RNG battle, both abilities having variable damage, but then again Greatest Foe is a Dragon so he gets the racial and tears through your remaining life. I realize it must be something about breeds, but clearly with my current breed it's impossible to win with this setup. I think you need breeds allowing you to at least kill Coach with 2 amplified Feedbacks, and preferably also Razortooth to land the last Jolt.

Yeah no luck with this. Moving on to an alternative.

Subsitute a 2 1 2 Amethyst Shale Hatchling (Any color will do) for the Electrified Razortooth. Start with your Geode. It will take a hit from Murkeston but be able to kill Coach. Bring in the Crazy Carrot when Geode Dies. Again it will take a hit from Murkeston but be able to kill Greatest Foe. Bring in the Shale Hatchling when Crazy Carrot dies. Keep stone skin up and kill Murkeston with Sticky Web and Leech Life

No luck with this, Geode could not kill Coach as Galveston swapped in and killed him. Came close but not good.

This strategy is way too RNG dependent to be reliable

Katey wrote on 2016-12-08 04:46:59

I managed to do it the first try with Jademist Dancer (2,2,2), Ruby Droplet (2,2,2), and Terrible Turnip (1,1,2). The above tactics just didn't do it for me.

This strategy does not work. At all. 20+ attempts over several days worth of this world quest, and not a single win.

Hey! I tried it myself with success and others reported similar. I assume there are diferent breeds involved. If you do give it another shot please let us know which breeds you use and at what point the battle fails for you. Or, maybe to save time and beer reserves, go for one of the alternatives ^^

Puidwen wrote on 2016-11-24 22:12:32

This worked really well for me.

Xariah wrote on 2016-11-24 18:23:38

I tried this 4 times today. Even with no crits on enemy team and getting very lucky with geode surviving long enough to damage Greatest Foe to ~75%, I wasn't able to get him down before he killed my carrot.

momof4rugratz wrote on 2016-11-10 00:25:40

I agree dont work.

Anonymous wrote on 2016-11-09 12:47:43

Tried 5x in a row, Darkflame always kills off the Carrot.

Anonymous wrote on 2016-11-09 12:28:42

Elementium Geode can be swapped out for Crimson Geode and Terrible Turnip (1, 1, 2) can be used instead of Crazy Carrot

Evilry wrote on 2016-10-25 23:49:51

Electrified Razortooth has no way to die as the same turn as Sir Murkeston without a crit.

Eilistraee wrote on 2016-10-25 19:27:28

flawless!

Voodoou wrote on 2016-10-06 23:32:28

This did not work at all with the Electrified Razortooth, mine died several attempts in a row with the first pet at 116 hp after his humanoid heal. This must be extremely type specific. I also didnt have either secondary pets at 25 but I managed with Kirin Tor Familiar against Coach and Lil Ragnaros... tough fight with the First pet issues but I managed.

Malbaratar wrote on 2016-10-07 19:46:03

Assuming yours was a rare, Electrified Razortooh only has B/B breed, so it's not type specific. It worked well for me, might have been just bad RNG.

Sephira wrote on 2016-10-06 20:41:17

Unfortunately Coach didn't die so I had to bring in Crazy carrot earlier, which messed it all up. It is definitely just RNG.

Myzvale wrote on 2016-10-07 00:42:31

It just depends on how many times Coach's Thrash hits against your Geode - 2 and its fine, 3 and you don't get the Elementium Bolt off on Greatest Foe which isn't good.

steffy wrote on 2016-09-26 05:59:29

perfectly worked!

Nivmizzet wrote on 2016-09-23 01:06:36

This strategy worked perfectly for me even with a level 24 Crazy Carrot.
