I used Slimy Eel (B/B), Slimy Octopode (P/P), Emerald Turtle (H/H).

Some infos/RNGs i got:
round 2: received 2x hit of Moth Balls;
round 3: i crit 1516 from Expunge (my eel died here)
round 4: moonfire crit 1162

I used a B/B Slimy Fangtooth for the first pet and I don't think it's possible for it to work. It seems to die within three turns, if it manages to avoid a stun.

Swap 3rd pet for Emperor Crab 2,2,2. Last rotation is either Whirl -> Heal -> Surge or spam Surge. Depends on if surge will just kill him or you need to survive for whirlpool
