I managed to get this on my first try using the WRONG BREED of Starlette (H/P), but I had to improvise. Wind-up didn't kill Spindler so I had to add a round of Toxic Smoke. But then Starlette was so weak that he couldn't live long enough to hit Rocko. So when Microbot XD came in I had it use a couple rounds of Alert! before doing a Supercharged Ion Cannon.

Thank you for this comment! Just replaced Yeti (didn't have it leveled) with Runeforged Servitor and used the same abilities (then windup x2) and was able to finish the fight with the rest of the directions above.

H/H starlette lives for too long which messes up the turns. also the tdscript doesn't adapt to the starlette still being alive after the big combo against rocko. because of that the fight goes on for too long and when the microbot comes in rocko will be healed up again and the supercharge combo won't kill rocko (edited)

HP starlette can live long enough to do windup-supercharge-windup, toxic smoke, and then another round of windup-windup, which puts you in a much better position for being able to kill the last pet with your microbot. If Rocko isn't below 1726 health, ion cannon is not going to kill him, and then he'll kill your microbot while it's recharging.

Didn't work with PB or PS starlette. Tried 4-5 times just couldn't get 3rd pet low enough for Microbot to two shot it.

First tried this with a P/S Starlette, and that didn't work. Tried again with a P/P and the combination of Wind-Up - Supercharge - Wind-Up brought Rocko low enough that Ion Cannon by itself (no Supercharge before) was able to finish him.
