I also didn't have any of the combos listed, so after a few attempts at using combinations of the pets mentioned here, I gave up & decided to go w/a full group of S/S Nordrassil Wisps (2,1,2). Flash & Light off CD, then fill w/Arcane Explosion. If a front line opponent gets low enough for one or two Arcane Explosions to kill it, save Flash & Light for the next pet.

I also was able to level up my Hungering Claw (1,1,1,), from level 21, by using two S/S Nordrassil Wisps (2,1,2) and the claw. It wasn't even maxed & it still took out the Sprout just fine. Just use Spiked Skin, then Forboding Curse, and spam Tentacle Slap.

Netherspace Abyssal - 1/1/1
Eldritch Manafiend - 1/2/1
Arcane Eye - 1/2/2

Started with Meteor Strike to bypass trxy's pet swap, then immolation and crush to fill until Netherspace dies. Brought in Manafiend for arcane storm, switched to Arcane Eye, Mana Surge, when Arcane eye died, back to Manafiend refreshed Arcane Storm, made sure that Nightmare Sprout was less than 800 hp and hit it with Mana Surge.

I didn't have any of the listed combos leveled so I tried my own mix. Lesser Voidcaller H/S 1,1,1 leading off with curse of doom, Court Scribe P/S 1,1,2 also using curse of doom, and Viscidus Globule H/S 2,1,2 worked pretty well with some room to spare. That swap that he does at the beginning is hard to plan for.
