Due to severe difficulties pointed out by commentaries and several failed attempts tried by my self after Patch 8.1 was released, I decided to play around with different abilities, using those abilities at different times ect, but eventually opted for changing Enchanted Broom for Willy and give Servant of Demidos the 3rd pet slot instead.
Different scenarios then unfolded, though I mostly encountered scenario 1 the 10 times I tried and didn't fail.
It's worth mentioning that there is always the chance of a really bad case of RNG, so be prepared for that under all circumstances.
Tricky isn't a bad thing, it merely means that you have to pay attention.

Strat works well post SL pre-patch changes! Originally when my Pen killed Scars, I got smartypants and skipped straight to the Hexxer, but it was a mistake. Followed exactly the second time and it was perfect.

Great strat here, thanks! I used Baa'l (1,2,1) as the third pet as I didn't have the Accursed Hexxer. When Baa'l came in, I used the Murder the Innocent ability then Nether Gate and finished the fight that way. I hope this might help somebody! (edited)

Thanks, Baa'l worked out perfectly for this, though I imagine any pet would as long as they're in the magic family against this breed (last pet only had 500hp left when B'aal came in, but I imagine baa'l's murder the innocent comes in handy if they have more.

Enchanted Pen took out first 2 pets. Not sure if that was just good RNG or not. It is worth noting to not repeat the cycle against Delta and just add one more Quills to the end. Harmonious Porcupette just scratched against Little Blue then followed the rest of the strategy. It was close but I got the win. Thanks.
