A little RNG here; whether this works depends a lot on how often Demolish hits. That being said, there's a lot of wiggle room and you can still win even if it misses several times.

If Bruce is at around half health by the time Crusher dies and your backline hasn't been totally spammed by the sharks' AoE abilities, you are almost guaranteed to win.

This may actually be the worst, most RNG dependent strat I've ever seen. You say you "should" be using Demolish on rounds 2 and 3, and maybe 4 and 5. Demolish has a 50% hit chance. On *average*, you'll be using Demolish on rounds 2 and 3, and 4 and 5 and 6. Wiggle room? It has a 12% chance of even getting close to working.

Kwint is one of the more difficult master tamers; a lot of people are just flat out skipping him for the Family Battler achievements because you only need 15 tamer wins per family and for some families he's really hard if not impossible.

I spent hours trying to come up with one for Elemental to no avail and concluded it might be impossible. :( Someone's posted an elemental strat for him since last week but it's still tough.

After attempting this four times, with Crusher barely getting Chum below 50% health before he dies, I've concluded that your strat is utterly impossible.

I never even came close to being able to use Demolish.

Addendum. I removed Rotten Little Helper and replaced him with Terky. I then moved Terky to the lead spot. I opened with Lucky Dance, then swapped in Ore Eater, and just used Demolish. Ore Eater tore right through the first two pets and almost killed the third. I used Harpy Youngling, then did Lift-Off, and that finished it off.

I think you were confused on your first attempts about when to use Demolish. You said that you "never came close to being able to use Demolish" but the strat indicates that you should be using it if the target pet (e.g. Chum) has greater than 190 health--i.e. on turns 2, 3 and possibly 4 and 5 if one of the earlier Demolishes misses and then again maybe once or twice if you're lucky after Bruce comes out. There is nothing in Chum's arsenal that will allow Chum to kill your Crusher prior to turn 5 if you use Shell Shield in turn 1.

With a PS or HP Crusher, each successful hit with Demolish will do 951 damage to Chum. (PP will do 1059 damage per hit, HH will do 864 damage per hit.) If you happen to have a PP Crusher, two successful hits will kill Chum outright; all other breeds will take two Demolishes and one Acid Touch to bring Chum down.

With Shell Shield up, you will get 4 rounds to use Demolish before Chum will kill Crusher. (If using a PS breed, you will get 5 as Crusher will go first.)

Once Chum is dead it's much smoother sailing as any damage you can get on Bruce will make it easier for Harpy Youngling to take him down later.
