This does not work since Ikky dies before you can use both black claw and flock. Need a new working strategy.

If the flock gets off before RNG one can simply skip to Thunderbolt so far on my 5 parses.

Not sure what happened, cause I was alt tabbing to this page reading comments during the fight, but Gloamwing just up and keeled over as soon as I cast flock at step 6.

My clockwork gnome and Ikky both got outsped, Gloamwing switched Clocky before second Metal Fist, then killed Ikky before it got off Flock. Still finished it off with a last stand Turret, followed by the same MPD moves above.

It has to be a snowfeather because it has to be S/S to be faster than Gloamwing

Just did your strat though substituting the second whelpling with a mechanical dragonling and it worked perfect. First Mana Surge didn't kill it but my Nexus Whelpling didn't get a chance to do a second hit as it was one shot and my Mechanical Dragonling came in and got off the last hit. Either way Snowfeather and Nexus alone could probably do this if the second swap doesn't one shot your Nexus Whelpling.

Switch move 2 and 3 so the turret benefits from Black Claw and Flock and this becomes much easier. Didn't even get swapped back to the dragonling, so the first pet could be literally anything.

A Clockwork Gnome I don't have, but the below works quite well.

Pet 3: Stormborn Whelpling [1,2,2]
Pet 2: Stormborn Whelpling [1,2,2]
Pet 3: Stormborn Whelpling [1,2,2]

Turn 1: Pass, 2nd Stormborn Whelpling is forced in
Turn 2: Arcane Storm
Turn 3: Mana Surge (will last 1 to 2 turns until Whelpling dies or is swapped with 2nd Whelpling)
Turn 4: Mana Surge (until Whelpling dies or is swapped with 3rd Whelpling)
Turn ?: Mana Surge

Thank You Elgoran, your strat was the only one here that actually worked. I only had 2 Stormborn whelplings, but I used the nexus Whelpling for the 3rd and it worked like a charm.

Thanks bud. I did find, however, that if you use leap after black claw then hunting party, because of the go-first mechanic of leap, you get an extra attack in. That is more insurance on this silly fight.
